6. Are You Ready? Are you ready to repent (turn from) your sin and accept the free gift of eternal life that Jesus is offering you right now? Are you ready to be assured that if you die today, you will go to Heaven and be with Him? If it is your sincere desire to ask Jesus to come into your heart as your personal Lord and Savior, then talk to God and pray the prayer listed here, or one like it from your heart:
"Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I am sorry for my sin. I want to ask you to forgive me. I believe you are the son of God, and that you died for my sin, and rose from the grave to pay for my sin. Jesus, forgive me, come into my life and take control. I trust you alone to save me and make me into the person you want me to be. I accept the free gift of eternal life and thank you for it. Amen." |
